Bill has nearly 30 years of experience as an environmental attorney focusing on complex air pollution permitting, compliance and enforcement issues. He also has nearly 25 years of experience with occupational health and safety matters supporting light and heavy manufacturing clients, and small and large petrochemical facilities.

As in-house counsel (with General Electric, Hexion Specialty Chemicals, and Owens Corning), Bill spent extensive time on factory floors, around chemical reactors, and in tank farms. He prides himself on building close working relationships with clients and their employees – from hourly workers to “C-suite” executives.
